The Clubhouse front column structure (four columns) were in and advanced stage of deterioration and rot. They needed attention to help keep both the upper and lower porches in sound condition as well as supporting the roof. Work was done in the off season. This work, allowed the LHYC Board to further plan renovating the balance of the porch structure on the lakeside of the building.
